Acceptance

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the store policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accurate information

Customers must have legal capacity to transact and must provide accurate account, payment, and delivery details. Login credentials and account activity remain the customer’s responsibility.

Products and presentation

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, prices, dimensions, colors, and included components accurately. Displays, production batches, measurements, and packaging can produce reasonable variation, and obvious errors may be corrected.

Order review and acceptance

An automated confirmation means an order was received, not necessarily accepted. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or delivery limitation. Captured amounts for canceled goods will be returned.

Permitted use

Users must not introduce harmful code, defeat security controls, impersonate others, abuse checkout, interfere with the service, harvest protected information, or use the store for unlawful activity.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment services, carriers, and linked websites operate under their own terms and availability. A link does not give Avermiq control over independent third-party content.

Limits and consumer rights

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pemzori is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or goods. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and severability

We may revise these terms prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
