The Pemzori name, original copy, layouts, graphics, photographs, and other site materials are protected by intellectual-property rights or used with authorization.

Limited personal use

Visitors may view and print reasonable portions of the site solely for personal, non-commercial shopping. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license.

Prohibited conduct

Without written permission, users may not commercially reproduce or republish protected material, sell copies, remove ownership notices, create deceptive imitations, systematically extract content, or run automation that burdens the service.

Rights concerns

A rights holder may email a notice identifying the protected work, the material in question, the relevant page, and a good-faith explanation. We may request verification before taking action.
