Care and safe use

Read and keep all instructions supplied with a product. Follow intended-use, assembly, installation, power, charging, cleaning, storage, and warning guidance. Stop using an item if damage or unsafe behavior appears.

Reporting a manufacturing concern

Unless a product page states a longer period, report a suspected manufacturing defect within thirty days after delivery. Proof of purchase and clear photos or video may be required for assessment.

What is not covered

This limited coverage excludes ordinary wear, cosmetic variation, accidents, loss, misuse, neglect, unsuitable power sources, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, and modification.

Available solutions

After review, we may offer troubleshooting, a replacement component, replacement goods, store credit, or a refund as appropriate. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
